CORNWALL Council chairman Pat Harvey is set for TV stardom when a new documentary airs next week.
A behind the scenes look at the work of council chairman Pat Harvey, who is ward member for St Columb Major, will be screened on the Cornwall Channel.
A production team has spent the past few weeks following her as she carries out her duties, including taking part in a citizenship ceremony, greeting visiting teachers from India and visiting the Truro Fatstock Show.
Cameras also filmed her involvement at the emergency management centre when officers were coordinating resources to help people affected by the floods this week.
Mrs Harvey said: "Having been chairman for four years, it's been a great honour and a privilege and I hope the programme gives a valuable insight into the diverse nature of the role and the duties I undertake."
The programme will be show on Sky channel 212 at 9pm on Monday, December 3.
