A Westcountry chalet park has been sold to a private investor for an undisclosed sum, with a planned £1 million revamp scheduled.
Truro-based Kerdene Ltd has sold its Rosewater Park in St Teath to entrepreneur David Light, who is investing in upgrades to the mixed residential and holiday development.
He said: "We're aiming to completely redo the park. We have some fabulous new homes arriving in January and are currently laying a new car park."
Kerdene Ltd is now focusing its attention on its St Merryn Park near Padstow. It acquired the holiday park in 2000, where it has sold 200 chalets and has invested £2 million in upgrades to the site, including the introduction of new sports facilities.
