The horrendous weather has virtually wiped out sport in Cornwall today.
The biggest and latest casualty was the eagerly-awaited National 2 South clash between the Cornish All Blacks and Redruth at Polson Bridge which was only called off in mid-morning after the host club said earlier in the day that the game was definitely on.
A club statement said: "Road access into the grounds is highly dangerous due to heavy flooding. The fire brigade have also advised us that the game should most definitely NOT take place.
"We apologise for what may seem like indecision but we really wanted to host this afternoon's fixture but the weather conditions have beaten us."
The game will now be played on February 9.
But it looks like the Hayle v St Ives Cornwall & Devon League derby will go ahead at the Memorial Park.
All of the fixtures in the Carlsberg SWPL have been postponed, as was Truro City's trip to play leaders Salisbury City in the Blue Square South League.
In the Jolly's Combination League all the games have also been postponed.
With more bad weather forecast the Boxing Day programme also faces disruption.
