A car parking space in St Ives is up for sale at £55,000.
The price is so high because parking is extremely scarce in St Ives, especially during the summer months, and is close to the record £60,000 paid in 2010 for a similar site in the area.
The sale is being handled by the estate agent, Miller & Son, which has an office nearby. Office manager Paul Le Bas told BBC news in an interview today: "Just put it on the internet, ring round everyone that you have on the list that is looking for parking and normally it's a dog fight after that. It's quite entertaining to do."
The company's website currently has the property listed as "Under Offer".
