A pedestrian who died after being involved in a collision with a HGV lorry on the A30 has been named by police.
Marcin Wojtas, 34, who was living in the Launceston area, died as a result of his injuries sustained in the collision on Saturday, January 19.
Police said they believed the Mr Wojtas was standing in a nearside layby in front of his Renault Laguna car when he walked into the nearside lane of the eastbound carriageway of the A30 in Launceston.
He was then in collision with the HGV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who may have seen the man in the layby before the collision is asked to contact the police on 101, quoting log number 0670 of 190113.
