The Eden Project is to cut up to 70 jobs in a bid to cut its annual costs by £2 million, it has been announced.
Staff at the visitor attraction at Bodelva, near St Austell, were informed of the decision this afternoon and a statutory consultation process is due to begin on Wednesday, January 30.
Eden currently has 445 full-time equivalent jobs.
The job losses are planned across all areas of its operation.
