A 10-year-old boy from Liskeard got to live out every little boy's ultimate dream last Friday as he walked out alongside the England football team at Wembley Stadium.
Reece Cory Mayo walked side by side with England midfielder Tom Cleverley before the team's match against Brazil.
The youngster, who won the player escort place after entering a national competition on the McDonald's Kickstart website, said: "I couldn't wait to walk out onto the pitch with the England players. It was brilliant to be at Wembley and to see Brazil and England!"
Sir Geoff Hurst, McDonald's Director of Football said: "It is a great experience to walk out on the pitch at Wembley Stadium – it's something that these young player escorts will never forget. And to walk out before a match against Brazil is very special indeed."
