THE BODY of a woman was found on Whipsiderry beach, Newquay, this morning by two workmen.
Police say the body was discovered at around 10am near to the steps before it was taken ashore by the lifeboat.
They say it is too early to link the body with any missing persons and enquiries are being made to find the next of kin. The age of the woman is not known.
