Camborne do not see themselves as favourites for tomorrow's Cornwall Senior Cup final against Wadebridge at Penryn (4.30pm), even though most signs point in that direction.
The Cherry & Whites go into the game joint top in South West One West and unbeaten since December, whereas Camels have lost three in a row in the same division.
The last meeting between the clubs went Camborne's way, so you could be excused for believing it is a formality.
That is the last thing Camborne's director of rugby Mike Symons is thinking.
"Wadebridge are the holders, they beat us in last season's semi-final and have won the cup for three of the last four years," said Symons.
"League form isn't a reliable indicator for cup finals and we are expecting a real battle."
Wadebridge coach Nick Yelland does not subscribe fully to Symons' theory, not that he would be happy cast as underdogs either. "They are flying high, we had a big loss to Cullompton last Saturday and have a few injuries," said Yelland.
"But we are also the holders and that is the spicy ingredient we bring to the match."
Wadebridge hope to have Sam Stone and Mark Grubb back after injury and have Adam Collins free to play at scrum-half after suspension.
Exmouth will be aiming to knock Weston-super-Mare out of the National Three South West promotion race when they meet at the Imperial Ground. With four games to play there are nine points between leaders London Irish (97pts) second-placed Exmouth (92) and Weston in third on 88.
Exmouth still have Irish to play, as do Weston in a frenetic end to the season. The Cockles cannot win promotion at the Imperial Ground tomorrow, but they can whittle down the lists of candidates who can.
"If we beat Weston they will have a mountain to climb to catch us, which I can't see them doing," said Exmouth's director of rugby Chris Wright.
Exmouth were due to play Newton Abbot tomorrow in the second semi-final of the Devon Cup but as league games take precedence that match has been moved to April 16 on the Imperial Ground.
Barnstaple make a rearranged trip to Malvern which should have taken place last Saturday.
Newton Abbot host Avonmouth, again rearranged, in a game with nothing on it for them but with lots riding on it for the visitors. "Avonmouth are still fighting to stay up and having lost to Chippenham on Tuesday night will be giving it their all against us," said Newton director of rugby Roy Henderson.
