The public will decide the groups to receive the next round of cash from a Big Lottery Fund project.
A dozen groups from Par, Tywardreath and St Blaise, are bidding for cash in the Par Bay Big Local's Big Giveaway, tomorrow.
They will pitch their reasons for the cash boost to residents, St Austell and Newquay Stephen Gilbert and Debbie Ladds, chief executive from Local Trust - the Big Lottery Fund's umbrella organisation for the countrywide project.
Ultimately it will be the projects with the most public votes who win.
Those seeking funding include Tywardreath and Par Girl Guides, who are hoping a cash award will fund a new mess tent and cooking equipment, and the Fourways Youth Club, who would like to purchase equipment to further their musical interests
Community venture St Blazey:Reclaimed is also needs money to find a permanent storage space for the information they gathered from last year's successful Town to Tide celebration.
Thousands of pounds have already been awarded for local projects in the areas.
Karen Dawkins, from Par Bay Local Partnership, said it will not only strengthen the activities of those organisations that succeed in securing funds but all encourage groups to consider bidding for money at future events.
The trailblazing group has £1 million from the Big Lottery Fund to spend over 10 years.
Par Bay Big Local's Big Giveaway 3, takes place at St Blazey Football Club, tomorrow from 11am.
