A youth was assaulted by an adult as he rode his bike in Kimberley Park, Falmouth.
The youngster was in the park on April 14 at about 5.15pm when a man starting shouting at him.
He claims the male, who was in late 30s to early 40s, then pushed him off and kicked him in the shin.
Police are appealing for information to trace the offender, who is described as white, stocky, short dark hair and wearing a black jacket, possibly leather.
The man was pushing a pushchair with a child in it and had a second child with him aged about six.
