Fire crews were called to a loft fire at a property in Lanteglos, Fowey, this morning.
Two appliances, one from Polruan and one from Lostwithiel along with a wholetime officer were mobilised to the incident following a call at 7.07am.
The fire was in a space of 10 metres by 20 metres in the roof space and crews using six breathing apparatus and two hose reels managed to extinguish the blaze.
The cause was found to be accidental.
