PENZANCE'S Jubilee Pool takes centre stage in a new music video released by a Mercury Music Prize winning band this week.
The XX spent a day at the iconic art deco lido last month, where they were filmed diving, jumping and swimming in the water.
The video for Chained, the second track from their new album, was shot under overcast skies but features the pool in a beautiful light.
While all the open air scenes were filmed at the Penzance seafront spot, the underwater shots were later filmed in a water tank.
Rachel Rumbold, one of the producers involved in the west Cornwall shoot in early September, said: "The directors (of the music video) were looking at lidos, saw this one, showed it to the band and they fell in love with it."
