UPDATE: The road has been re-opened as of 9.40am this morning. A female has been taken to Derriford Hospital by land ambulance.
An overturned car near Bolventor has forced the closure of part of the A30.
Emergency services are at the scene where a female is being treated for injuries.
Police cannot confirm if she was the driver of the vehicle or the extent of her injury.
The fire service attended the scene after smoke was spotted coming out of the overturned Citroen Zara.
One lane is currently closed on the A30 northbound between the Warleggan turn off and Bolventor.
