Striker Dan Jennings, who scored 47 goals for Wadebridge Town last season, has joined North Cornwall rivals Camelford.
It is a step up for the highly-rated Jennings from division one west of the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League to the premier division.
Jennings finished runner-up to Helston Athletic's Mark Goldsworthy (55 goals) in the division one west golden boot race. He scored 41 league goals, five in the Cornwall Charity Cup and one in the Throgmorton League Cup.
Had he not been hindered by injuries early in the season, Jennings would almost certainly have run Goldsworthy closer for the divisional golden boot.
Before his successful spell with Wadebridge, Jennings played for Bodmin Town's East Cornwall Premier League team.
