AFTER drizzle plagued yesterday's Rock Oyster Festival, revellers are set to enjoy dryer skies today, according to the Met Office. The midsummer celebration of food, music and entertainment, which takes place at Dinham House in North Cornwall, began on Friday and culminates today. The Flying Chefs' Theatre is set to hold demonstrations from The Times columnist and food critic Joanna Weinberg again today, plus forager Thom Hunt of 7th Rise and the Three Hungry Boys. Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth of restaurant Number 6, and Jack Stein from The Seafood Restaurant is flying the flag for nearby Padstow. 2008 Masterchef winner James Nathan from The Green Room has also been working his culinary magic on stage. Festivalgoers can learn how to fillet a fish with Annie Sibbert of My Fish Kitchen, cook with Caroline Davey from Fat Hen Wild Foraging, and learn all there is to know about oysters from Tim Marshall of Rock Shellfish. There will also be an array of stalls from Cornwall's best producers, including seafood, cider, ale and juices. More details and tickets are available from www.rockoysterfestival.co.uk
