Hayle will meet neighbours St Ives in the first round of this season's Tribute Cornwall Cup competition.
The two clubs met at the same stage of last season's competition when St Ives ran out 34-0 winners. However, the Hakes' run in the cup ended in controversy with the club eliminated for failing to fulfil their semi-final fixture with Wadebridge Camels.
For the first time, the final was contested between two teams who had not played a semi final and Camborne went into to beat the Camels 22-0 to lift the trophy.
The Pirates Amateurs have been drawn away to Penryn in the first round, which is to be played on Saturday August 31, while Camborne, Newquay Hornets, St Austell and Wadebridge have received byes through to the second round.
Falmouth have not been invited to take part for this season, having forfeited first round matches for the past two seasons.

* The Tribute Cornwall Clubs Cup has been revamped to give Cornwall One and Two clubs the extra fixtures they have been craving, on top of their league games.
The competing 13 teams have been split into three groups of three and one of four.
They will play each other home and away on six successive Saturdays between February 8 and March 15, with the top two from each group going through to the quarter-finals on March 29. The semi-finals will be on April 5 and the final on April 19.
Group A: St Just, Helston, Stithians; Group B: Illogan Park, St Day, Redruth Albany; Group C: St Agnes, Perranporth, Roseland; Group D: Bodmin, Liskeard-Looe, Lankelly-Fowey, Camelford.
* Another initiative to provide additional fixtures for clubs in the bottom two tiers of Cornish rugby is to stage an early-season cup competition to decide who will represent the county in the RFU Junior Vase, which gets under way with the first round on December 21. Round two is on February 1 and the South West final on February 22.
The qualifying competition will be staged over four successive weekends, from August 31 until September 21, when the final will be held.
