A man has appeared in court to deny causing death by careless driving in his Porsche on a Cornish road. Martin Domenic Borg, 52, is accused of causing the death of Andrew Jolley on the A39 near the Royal Cornwall Showground on December 16 last year. Yesterday, Borg appeared in front of Judge John Neligan, where he entered a not guilty plea to the charge. Judge Neligan adjourned the case with a date yet to be fixed. He released Borg, of Convent of Mercy, St Mary's Road, Bodmin, on unconditional bail. Mr Jolley, 44, was managing director of the North Cornwall Advertiser.
