Police in Newquay are currently searching for a 75-year-old vulnerable woman missing from the town and are urgently asking for the public's assistance.
Officers are concerned for the welfare of Mavis Richards who was last seen at her home in the Crantock area at 6pm last night.
Mavis is described as 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with grey medium length hair.
She is likely to be wearing a maroon polo top, blue tracksuit bottoms, a blue gillet and black ankle boots, and may be carrying a handbag.
