The Environment Agency have issued a flood warning for the River Seaton from the A38 to Seaton including Hessenford, Jopes Mill, the A387 and the A38.
A flood warning is released if Flooding is expected and immediate action is required.
"River levels are rising rapidly. Please take immediate action," the Environment Agency said on its website.
