Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision on the A39 at Treluswell near Penryn at around 9pm last night.
On arrival, crews from Falmouth and Camborne found one person trapped and used crash rescue equipment to release the casualty.
Fire & Rescue personnel also assisted attending paramedics at the scene.
The A39 was closed while the incident was dealt with.
