Cornish Pirates head coach Ian Davies has stuck with the majority of the squad who won in Wales ten days ago for the crunch Boxing Day derby at Brickfields against Plymouth Albion (3pm).

The Pirates, currently sixth  in the table, are looking to build momentum into the second half of the RFU Championship regular season and will look to continue their three-game unbeaten run at Albion where they haven`t lost since October 2009.

The only change to the starting line-up sees Alan Paver come in at tight-head prop with Peter Joyce dropping out. Gavin Cattle will again lead the Pirates and fit-again Ryan Storer takes a place on the bench.

Amongst the other named replacements Gary Johnson returns to the team in place of Owen Hambly and Sam Hill takes the place of Kyle Moyle.

Plymouth Albion are without the injured duo of Henry Slade and Sam Hocking and make three changes to their side with scrum-half Ruairi Cushion, prop Luke Cowan-Dickie and Fijian lock Rupeni Nasiga all returning to action.

Plymouth Albion:- McAtee, Warner, Howley-Berridge, Fisilau, Bowen, Roberts, Cushion; L. Cowan-Dickie, Vickers, Morton, Beukeboom, Nasiga, Stephen (capt), Matavesi, Carpenter
