THE METHODIST Chapel at Delabole was a blaze of colour for its flower festival when more than 35 organisations and individuals donated flowers and gave their time and talents in order to create imaginative arrangements.
The opening service was conducted by Brian Parkman and the closing dedication was undertaken by flower arrangers and helpers.
One of the highlights of the festival was a jubilee cream tea on the Saturday when everyone enjoyed a singalong led by the Stuart Biddick.
The theme for the festival was "Best of British" and displays ranged from the Great British breakfast and the Red Arrows to an ingenious mailbox in the porch which encouraged people to post their donations.
The event raised £685 for Cornwall Hospice Care.
