Grave of Fisherman's Friends star Trevor Grills is vandalised

The grave marker of Fisherman's Friends star Trevor Grills has been unlawfully removed, police confirmed today. Trevor Grills, 54, was a tenor in the Port Isaac-based group Cornish sea shanty singing group, Fisherman's Friends. He died in hospital on February 12th three days after suffering severe head injuries when he was hit by a falling metal door before a gig in Guildford. Tour manager Paul McMullen was also killed in the incident as the door fell. A grave marker is placed on new graves immediately after burial for up to a year until the headstone is placed.
