Easter celebrations at Rosemellin School in Camborne centred around an egg rolling competition.
Children and their parents boiled eggs, decorated them and then brought them to school to race.
Each class held championships for boys and girls and the winners worked their way to a grand final which was won by Ryan, from Key Stage 2, with Lucy, from Key Stage 1, as runner up.
Head teacher Ian Bruce said: "It's the 24th year that we've held an international egg rolling championship.
"It's Easter, it's a bit of fun, the children love it, and it brings them together with their family to compete."
St Meriadoc Infants School held an Easter fair, which was organised by the parent teacher group (correct).
Earlier in the day, the children who were dressed in spring clothes, took part in an Easter egg hunt and made chocolate items to sell at the fair.
The fair, later in the day, included a range of stalls, including cakes made by parents, and a raffle.
Head teacher Linda Stephens said: "It was a really good day, everyone enjoyed it and we raised £868."
Key Stage 1 children at Illogan School took part in their annual "Easter Egg-stravaganza."
Parents came into school to help them make their bonnets which they proudly paraded around the grounds for their families and the rest of the school to admire.
They ate biscuits that they had baked in the morning and an took part in an Easter egg hunt.
They were later rewarded with chocolate eggs supplied by the Friends of Illogan School.
St Day & Carharrack School also staged an Easter "Egg-strvaganza", with children taking part in an egg hunt.
There was a parade around the school to display the Easter bonnets which the children had made.
At a special Easter assembly, Sue Manley, from the local parish church, retold the Easter story.
In the afternoon, children in class 2 walked to a small holding in Carharrack, where they got to meet the animals.
