Two Cornish  teenagers are using their love of Plymouth Argyle to make very poorly children's wishes come true.
Season ticket holders Liam Willoughby (15) and Kyle Marks, from Redruth, managed to blag a signed shirt from James Beattie, Accrington Stanley's player coach.
They soon realised one shirt between two football enthusiasts did not go, so they decided to auction it on-line.
It made £95, which they donated to the Make a Wish Foundation, a charity that makes dreams come true for children, from 3-17, who have life threatening illnesses.
Liam said: "We thought it was a nice charity that we could help, so we set up our own just giving page."
The boys set themselves a financial target and started finding and then auctioning football memorabilia.
"We wanted to raise £1,000 by the end of the season, but we think we will double that, we've already raised £1,935," said Liam.
"We've had brilliant support from Plymouth Argyle footballers Guy Branston, Tyler Harvey, Jake Cole, RemyGilmartin and Andres Gurrieri, and James Beatie (Accrington Stanley) and Edgar Davids (Barnet).
"The Plymouth Argyle players are faced with possibly dropping out of the league, yet they're still keen to help us."
