Motorists are being warned of long tailbacks at Tresawls Road near Treliske Hospital in Truro following a four car pile up at around 2.45pm today.
Ambulance and police crews are at the scene in Kenwyn next to Royal Cornwall Hospital. No further details are available at this time.
