CHRIS EVANS, Gary Barlow, Professor Brian Cox and James May are driving from Land's End to John O'Groats on Thursday, putting their foot down on a year-long fundraising drive.
The campaign, FAB1 Million, looks to raise one million pounds for Breast Cancer Care.
The famous four will be driving a bright pink Rolls-Royce with the licence plate 'FAB1' — the same as Lady Penelope's of Thunderbirds — and the car is available to hire thereafter, with profits going to Breast Cancer Care.
The Radio Two DJ, who dreamed up the idea, said: "FAB1 Million aims to raise a million pounds for breast cancer — it's as simple as that.
"You can hire the most famous Rolls-Royce in the world as the icing on the cake to whatever special event you are attending or celebrating, knowing that you are donating to a very worthy cause in the process.
"It's a win-win situation."
The team will be at Land's End at 9am, hoping to start their engines just over an hour later.
They ask everyone in west Cornwall to attend and show their support.
Samia al Qadhi, Chief Executive at Breast Cancer Care, is excited about what the drive will do for the charity.
He said: "FAB1 Million is an incredibly exciting project and we're grateful to everyone involved in making Chris Evans' brilliant idea come to life.
"We can't wait to see the FAB1 Rolls-Royce on the road and raising funds to ensure that no-one faces breast cancer alone."
Mr Evans will be sharing his driving responsibilities with his three famous co-drivers, stopping at Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow along the way to increase awareness of the initiative.
At each five points, members of the public, hopefully adorned in pink, have the chance to enter a raffle and win a ride in the car.
The team hopes to arrive at the tip of Scotland at around 4.15am.
Following the journey, the donated pink Rolls-Royce will be displayed in London and available for hire, complete with petrol paid and a chauffeur.
