UPDATE: The 30-year-old holidaymaker was airlifted to the Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske in Truro. She had suffered a fractured ankle.
A RESCUE helicopter from RNAS Culdrose, Lands End Coastguard team and the ambulance service have been called out to help a woman at Cape Cornwall.
Sea King Rescue helicopter 193 was launched at 12.30pm this afternoon.
A spokesman for Falmouth Coastguard said: "The teams are currently assisting a woman with a suspected broken ankle at the North side of Cape Cornwall."
