THE National Trust has opened the doors to more than 200 of its houses and gardens for free this weekend.
Today and tomorrow families across the UK will have the opportunity to explore some of Britain's best landscapes without stretching the purse strings.
In Cornwall visitors have the chance to see magnolias, camellias, rhododendrons and other spring flowers, Trengwainton Garden in Madron near Penzance.
Other attractions include East Pool Mine, Godolphin, Lanhydrock, Levant Mine and Beam Engine, Tintagel Old Post Office, Trelissick Garden and Trerice.
