FIREFIGHTERS from Redruth were called to outside United Downs refuse recycling centre this lunch time to assist police with a van on its side.
The incident happened at 11.44am.
An hour later a fire crew from Camborne responded to a call involving a car on its roof.
It happened on the B3297 in Burras at 12.55pm.
On arrival the crew helped police to make the vehicle safe.
No-one was injured.
