Television gold Barbara Windsor was jokingly told 'Get outta my restaurant!' while dining at a hotel near St Austell.
The bubbly Cockney and former EastEnders star stayed for two-nights at the Boscundle Manor, Tregrehan, during her visit last week.
Barbara, who played pub landlady Peggy Mitchell in the BBC soap, favourite catchphrase 'Get outta my pub' was turned on its head by hotelier David Parker.
He said: "She laughed and she replied 'Yeah get outta my pub!'. Everybody she meets must say that to her but she was very gracious in accepting what I thought was funny.
"She is a little pocket rocket", added Mr Parker, who runs Boscundle Manor with his wife Sharon.
Mrs Parker added: "She was an absolutely stunning person, down to earth and so friendly."
Barbara dined with husband Scott, who was also "gorgeous", according to Mrs Parker, and the actress who became a household name for her roles in the cheeky Carry On comedies spent time talking and posing for pictures with hotel staff.
Barbara was visiting Cornwall last week to promote The Big Lunch at the Eden Project, an initiative from the environmental charity encouraging communities to spend time with each other over a lunch at least once a year.
This year's fifth Big Lunch will be on Saturday, June 2.
