FOWEY RNLI lifeboat battled through thick fog to rescue four people aboard a stranded yacht after its engine failed yesterday.
Brixham Coastguard received a call requesting assistance after the Ocean Magic of Plymouth suffered engine failure about three miles South East of Dodman Point.
Visibility was down to 50m.
The lifeboat was launched at about 9.30pm and it took about an hour and a half to tow the 40ft ketch sailing boat back to Fowey.
