Firefighters from Liskeard were called to a chimney fire in Dobwalls this afternoon.
One appliance from Liskeard went to the scene shortly after 2pm.
The crew used a thermal imaging camera, chimney rod, a stirrup pump and small tools to tackle the blaze.
They left the house shortly before 2.45pm.
