UPDATE @ 1pm: PERSISTENT rain is expected to continue fall this afternoon and evening in Cornwall.
The Met Office said 20mm of rain is expected to fall across most parts of the county with up to 30mm predicted to fall on Bodmin Moor.
The rain will spread eastwards but no severe weather warnings have been issued.
