Police searching for a missing vulnerable Falmouth man have found a body in a Lanner quarry.
Although formal identification has not been completed, it is thought the body is that of Luke Atkins.
The 35-year-old disappeared last Tuesday, and was reported missing after he failed to turn up for work.
Divers discovered the man's body in the quarry on Friday afternoon.
Searches had already been carried out along the coastline of Falmouth as Mr Atkins liked the sea.
His family have been informed of the discovery.
