TWO motorists have been taken to hospital tonight following a car crash on the A30 at Victoria.
The eastbound carriageway is still closed but expected to reopen within the next 15 minutes following the collision involving three cars.
Police spokesman Graham Thomas confirmed none of the people involved sustained life changing or life threatening injuries.
He said: "One of the cars left the road and ended up in a field adjacent to the carriageway.
"One person was taken to hospital by land ambulance and the other one by the air ambulance because of the difficult location of the vehicle that left the carriageway."
The road was closed both ways, but the westbound carriageway has been re-opened and the eastbound carriageway is expected to open shortly.
Earlier this evening police responded to two other car crashes on the A30 Chiverton Cross roundabout near Truro.
All the accidents happened within ten minutes at approximately 6pm.
