The A39 near Trispen was closed for two hours last night following a two car collision.
A grey Skoda Octavia and a Land Rover towing a caravan collided at around 10.05pm.
Emergency services attended the scene and three males were taken to Treliske hospital by land ambulance with minor injuries.
A Devon and Cornwall police spokesperson said: "The road was closed for two hours while debris was cleared up. It is believed the injuries sustained in the collision are not life-threatening or life-changing."
A fire crew from Newquay attended the scene to make sure it was safe before the road was re-opened around 12.05am.
