These adorable four-day-old puppies are the latest recruits at Devon and Cornwall Police.
In the early hours of Monday morning Ruby the German Shepherd gave birth to four female and three male pups.
It is hoped the puppies, which are the first to have been bred from a serving police dog in Devon and Cornwall, will follow in their mother's footsteps and take-up a career on the beat.
After an initial period with their mother they will go to family homes for between a year and eighteen months before being assessed for training as police dogs.
