The Met Office has warned Cornwall could face thunderstorms and heavy rain later today.
A yellow warning has advised people that travel could be disrupted by the adverse weather conditions set to spread across the south-west of England.
According to the Met Office, it is expected to rain later this afternoon and the warning will remain in place until 11.00pm tonight.
But this weekend is expected be bright and sunny with temperatures reaching 19°C.
