Cornwall's acclaimed Nathan Outlaw was a special guest on this morning's Saturday Kitchen programme on the BBC.
The Michelin-starred chef was showing off a 'signature dish' of scallops on the show hosted by James Martin on BBC One.
He joined internationally-recognised kitchen maestro Michel Roux Sr and actor Anna Chancellor, last seen in BBC period newsroom drama The Hour.
After an early chat with Outlaw, Martin referred to the founder of Cornwall College's Academy Nathan Outlaw's segment as a 'fish fest'.
He is also known locally and nationally for his two Michelin-star eatery Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, in Rock.
Saturday Kitchen was on air from 9am.
