Children from Cornwall met up with television stars Dick and Dom on a trip to the county.
Pupils from Richard Lander School in Truro played a crucial role in the selection process of the new presenter for the legendary children's show, Blue Peter.
Dick and Dom host the show Blue Peter: You Decide which covers the hunt for a new presenter.
Children from Richard Lander were invited to the Eden Project to take part in the selection process.
A spokesman for the school said: "Although sworn to secrecy on the matter of who went through we can tell you that the students made fruit costumes which had to look like grapes, strawberries, pineapples, apples and oranges and that each aspiring presenter worked with students to create these costumes.
"They had to make the most possible in two-and-a-half hours and they did this an attempt to break a Guinness World Record."
The first episode of the programme will be broadcast at 5pm today on CBBC.
