Three cars were involved in a collision near Chiverton Cross Roundabout this morning causing traffic delays.
Police units and an ambulance were called to the scene at 11.25 this morning.
Police confirmed no one was injured in the incident but the eastbound round heading to Truro was closed for around two hours, until 1.15pm, while the situation was dealt with.
The collision involved an Audi TT Quattro, Vauxhall Astra and Mitsubishi L200 pick up.
The A30 has since re-opened and traffic flow is said to be moving at normal pace.
