Bodmin Town manager Darren Gilbert has confirmed that midfield man Shane Krac is taking a break from football.
The 27-year-old former Plymouth Parkway player is, however, likely to return for Bodmin's run-in when they will be battling to retain the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League title.
Gilbert said: "Shane has said he needs a few weeks away from football. He's not unhappy at Bodmin Town, but he needs a breather."
Krac joined Bodmin a year ago from Parkway and proved an influential player as the Priory Park club went on to clinch the premier division title.
