HARD work, great customer service and quality real ales have all played their part in a Bodmin pub finding its way into CAMRA's Good Beer Guide 2013.
Chapel an Gansblydhen, situated in Fore Street, was selected by CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) after local branch members paid regular visits to the Wetherspoon's pub to check on such things as, real ale, customer service, decor and the overall atmosphere of the establishment.
A CAMRA spokesman said: "Chapel an Gansblydhen deserves its place in the Good Beer Guide 2013.
"It is our belief that if a licensee serves an excellent pint of real ale, then everything else in the pub, including customer service, quality of food and atmosphere, are likely to be of an equally high standard."
The pub offers customers a range of real ales, including those from regional brewers and microbrewers and hosts its own beer festival.
Robert Liddicoat, pub manager, added: "I am delighted that Chapel an Gansblydhen has been recognised for the quality of its real ales by CAMRA members.
"Staff at the pub work hard to ensure that the real ales on offer are kept in first-class condition and the pub's inclusion in the guide highlights this."
