Parents of disabled children will protest this morning against councillor Colin Brewer, who said disabled children "should be put down".
Mr Brewer was re-elected to Cornwall Council last week in a shock result at the local elections.
He had previously stood down following a massive public backlash over his comments made to a disabled support group.
The Parent Carer Council, supported by four other organisations, will hold the protest meeting at 11am outside County Hall.
A spokesman for the group said: "This has been organised to show the discontent so many people feel about the fact that Councillor Collin Brewer has been re-elected within Cornwall Council."
Mr Brewer is expected to meet with representatives from Disability Cornwall and the Parent Carer Council later this morning.
