The sun is shining in Cornwall ahead of a royal visit to St Ives but more bad weather could be on the way later in the day.
A weather warning has been issued by the Met Office for Cornwall with heavy rain expected this afternoon.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "Slow-moving, heavy showers are expected to affect parts of South West England on Friday, especially through the afternoon and early evening.
"The public should be aware of the potential for localised travel disruption."
