A NEW Perranporth brewery will launch a new ale with a west Cornwall energy saving specialist next week.
Visitors to this year's Royal Cornwall Show will be able to raise a glass in the name of energy efficiency thanks to Black Flag which has created a new ale for Enact.
While offering its customer an opportunity to discuss and learn more about energy efficient home improvements, stand visitors can enjoy a taste of Enact Ale.
The new product uses a blend of American and New Zealand hops and is set to debut at the Royal Cornwall Show.
Company founders and brothers, Ben and Nick Sales, said they were delighted to be able to kick off their new venture with the Enact Ale. They said: "We will shortly be launching a range of our new ales but were delighted to sit down with the team at Enact to come up with a beer specifically for them to serve on their stand at Royal Cornwall."
And Enact sales manager, John Moores added: "The topic of energy efficiency measures is a real talking point, so it seemed logical to team up with the guys at Black Flag in finding a drink worthy to toast with.
"As an environmental firm with green issues at our core, it was also a great chance to promote the work of a local brewery and upstart.
"I'm confident that Nick and Ben's creation will be well enjoyed."
Enact will be on stand 251 at the Green Energy Village, Royal Cornwall Show.
