I have heard through the grapevine that Bude People have stopped using an administrator that would post local news. The only posts now seem to be from businesses and sponsors advertising their good and products.
We personally spend a lot of money with the Local People Company in order to post editorials and promote our products.
This site was very interesting in its early days, the lack of any local news will drive traffic away from this site, thus making it not cost effective for people to advertise.
The site has become stale and boring.
Local People you really need to re-think your cost cutting ideas or risk losing some local advertising.
PS By the time this post is seen I will probably have tried posting it several times, since April the sites including This is Cornwall have been a nightmare to log into and make posts!
