Firefighters were called to deal with a car on fire near Grampound Road this evening.
The blazing car was reported to Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service at 6.15pm.
A fire crew from St Dennis rushed to the scene about a mile north of Grampound Road towards Scarcewater.
The fire service used breathing apparatus and two hose jets to deal with the fire which was thought to be accidental.
